BLACK FRIDAY POLICIES

  • During the Black Friday Sales period (November 11th – November 29th), any items purchased at a discounted price will be FINAL SALE.
  • FINAL SALE items are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds.
  • Order cancellation requests can only be accepted up to one (1) hour after the order is placed.
  • Once orders have been placed, we are unable to manually modify. The shipping method, discount codes, address changes and items in order will remain the same unless an order cancellation request is submitted within one (1) hour after the order is placed.
  • Order redirections will not be accepted once the shipment label has been made.
  • Please note during this period Purple Brand is not liable for any lost and/or stolen packages. Please email info@purple-brand.com for further information on our lost/stolen package policy
  • Purple Brand does not price match
  • No wholesale orders accepted.  Please contact wholesale@purple-brand.com for requests.

 

 

We ship to the Canada and provide tracking numbers for all orders.

Please allow us 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) to process your order.  Please be patient with the process during the Black Friday and Holiday seasons, as delays may occur.

All orders will require a signature upon delivery. If a signature is not acquired FedEX will attempt three times to deliver before holding the order at the closest chosen FedEX location. If orders are not picked up within five business days, FedEX will send the package back to our Warehouse.

Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays (Canadian and American) will be shipped within two days of the following business day. Orders may be delayed by factors outside of our control. Purple Brand is not responsible for any delays and/or damage caused in-transit by the postal service, courier, or customs agencies.

You will receive a tracking number for your order within 24 hours from the moment it ships. These emails are sent automatically, and also include shipping details. If you do not receive notification, please check your spam folder before contacting Purple Brand.

TAXES/DUTY

Purchases to be delivered within British Columbia are subject to 5% GST plus 7% PST, all other destinations within Canada are subject to GST or HST.
