  • During the Black Friday Sales period (November 11th – November 29th), any items purchased at a discounted price will be FINAL SALE.
  • FINAL SALE items are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds.
  • Order cancellation requests can only be accepted up to one (1) hour after the order is placed.
  • Once orders have been placed, we are unable to manually modify. The shipping method, discount codes, address changes and items in order will remain the same unless an order cancellation request is submitted within one (1) hour after the order is placed.
  • Order redirections will not be accepted once the shipment label has been made.

Occasionally, we may require additional information to verify your identity. In this case we will contact you by email. We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason.  



All transactions made in Canada are in Canadian dollars. The exchange rate that is used when making a purchase is determined by your credit card provider at the time of purchase.

Refunds are processed in the original currency on the original form of payment. Variances in refunds due to fees charged by credit card issuers and payment institutions. These factors are outside our control and we cannot be held responsible for such variances.  



Items purchased at a discounted price, 35% or more, and discounted swim styles are Final Sale and may not be returned or exchanged. “Final Sale” denotes the marked product’s return policy, it is not an indicator that the product’s price will not change in the future.

While we work hard to keep prices displayed on accurate there may be errors from time to time. If there is an inaccuracy in order pricing, we will contact you via email before shipping to correct the error. We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason, including price inaccuracies.  

Purple Brand does not honour price adjustments at this time.
